The Bill (Reg. No.4563) envisages
the amendments to the Laws "On Taxation of the Enterprises Income", "On
agricultural Cooperation", "On Farming." The Bill was drafted to secure State
assistance to the agricultural servicing cooperatives and recognize them as
non-profit organizations.
During the sitting of the Committee it was declared that 12 amendments were directed from the People´s Deputies while elaborating the Bill for the second reading, half of which were taken into the consideration.
Pursuant to the Bill, "a non-profit nature of activity of agricultural servicing cooperatives is an economic basis for the consolidation of individuals who are agricultural producers, enhancement of their efficient activity, provision of the sale of production and its processing".
